1. Know your audience, tell them what important to them. Most of us just present without knowing that the information is useful or not. Rather than giving 100 information, focus on 10 top useful information.

2. See body language. If they look bored, talking by friends or phone, drawing something, stop your presentation. Look back on your material and change your presentation method. Its not useful to continue without interest from audience.

3. Be your self, confident by it, and admit if you’re wrong. If you try to be someone else, it would change the presentation results.

E.g. how many of you find a difficulty to teach your small children? Many, aren’t we.
